My mission is empowering coaching and relatable support for the queer and/or polyamorous community, helping you build confidence and design connections that truly fit your needs.

How I do it.

As a member ENM/LGBTQ of the community, I get it. We create a safe space for you to explore your identity and relationships without judgment. Through one-on-one coaching, I collaborate with you to clarify your goals, develop practical skills, and build the confidence to create relationships rooted in authenticity and joy—not societal expectations.

What is a discovery call?

A discovery is a 40-minute consultation that can be done remotely (google meet or Zoom). It’s an opportunity to share your story, express what you are looking for, ask questions, and receive immediate feedback.

Do I have to be Polyamorous or ENM?

Not at all! While my niche is in Poly/ENM and LGBTQ+ dynamics, All relationships require communication and need fundamental core values. I'm here to support you, whether or not you are Poly, ENM, Queer or Straight, Single or coupled.

What’s the difference between Polyamory and ENM ?

These terms all fall under the umbrella of ethical non-monogamy but differ in practice and intention. Understanding these differences can help you choose the right form of relationship that aligns with your desires and values. I personally differentiate Polyamory as being more associated with love ( the amory of polyamory with poly meaning many) and ENM as a practice of having multiple sexual partners.

How do I know if polyamory is right for me?

Consider your feelings about love, relationships, and monogamy. Reflect on your capacity for managing multiple relationships and the emotional complexity that comes with them. It may be helpful to read about polyamory, join discussion groups, or speak with individuals who have experienced polyamorous relationships.

What can I expect in a typical coaching session?

A typical coaching session involves discussing your unique situation and challenges, exploring not only your relationships, but also your sexuality, identity and emotional well-being. We may develop plans to foster healthy and sustainable relationships.

How long will it take to make changes?

Depending on the situation, 1 coaching session may be enough to support the current challenge in your life. Other major life changes may require more time to unravel, such as mindset shifts, transitions, and personal goals. We will provide the appropriate time and support need in each unique situation.

About Your Coach

-Certified Relationship Coach , supporting the queer and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) communities in designing relationships that defy convention and celebrate authenticity.

-My practice is built on a powerful combination: professional certification from the Love Mastery program and decades of lived experience as a queer, trans non-binary person. I bring a deep, personal understanding of navigating religious and cultural complexities and use it to help clients forge their own path.
