1. Introduction
Welcome to LoveMore Coaching ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at [Morelovecoaching.com] and our coaching services. By accessing our site and engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of LoveMore Coaching and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

3. Services
LoveMore Coaching provides relationship and personal coaching services. You understand and agree that coaching is not psychotherapy, psychological counseling, mental health care, or medical treatment. Coaching does not substitute for therapy if needed, and I am not a licensed therapist.

4. Disclaimer & No Guarantees
While I strive to provide excellent support, I cannot guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the coaching process. The success of coaching depends on your commitment, openness, and willingness to engage in the process. All decisions and actions are your sole responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveMore Coaching and its coach, Sven Ozbek, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.

6. Payment & Fees
Coaching sessions and packages are to be paid in advance via the method outlined on our website or invoice. Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or canceling a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. We understand emergencies happen and will consider them on a case-by-case basis.

8. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of coaching, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. For pre-purchased packages, refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
